The Privacy Policy applies primarily to information that we collect online; however, it may apply to some of the data that you provide to us offline and/or through other means, as well (for example, via telephone, or through the mail).

The Privacy Policy documents and describes the manner in which our organization collects information from all our Users/Viewers of our Services and Products. While providing our Services and products on behalf of our registered users, we collect information related to those who register for events in our platform. The use of information collected on behalf of our Users is governed primarily by our contract for the engagement with them and the privacy policies governing their organization. We are not accountable for the privacy policies and practices undertaken by our users or any other third parties.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to personal information arising from EntrepreneursWorld employment-related activities. Except to the extent that a third party provides services on our behalf (such as a SaaS vendor), this Privacy Statement also does not apply to the practices of third parties to which we may link or otherwise refer you, such as consultants, design agencies, channel sales and marketing partners and other vendors.

- We collect information about you and your company when you register for an account, create or modify your profile, and make purchases through our Services. You may provide this information directly through our Services or in some cases another user (such as an account administrator) creating an account on your behalf may provide it. Data provided by non-registered users

Access pre-existing user’s content
- When you request to view a pre-existing User’s content the user may ask for personal information such as email address in order to open a EntrepreneursWorld’ link. EntrepreneursWorld collects and stores this personal information on behalf of its Users.
- When you provide this personal information, you do so in accordance with that User’s privacy practices and policies. EntrepreneursWorld is not responsible for the privacy practices of its Users, and only processes this information in accordance with the applicable agreement it has with each User. For any issues pertaining to processing of such personal information, please contact the User directly.

System data
- Technical data about your computer or device, like device type, operation system and the IP address. This data helps us improve the delivery of our web pages and to measure traffic on the Site.

Account Creation, Login and Usage as a viewer
- We collect information and material (user generated content) provided to us voluntarily by our users or the viewers to publish and process on our platform.
- The user generated content is inclusive of text, photos & videos associated with the accounts/ emails used to create an account with EntrepreneursWorld or to access links as viewers.

Data collected during transactions

Transactional Data
- On the basis of types of services requested, EntrepreneursWorld also collects information such as:
  - Type of service that has been requested
  - Order details for such a request
  - Payment & transaction information (such as merchant’s name, payment method, chargeable amount for the service)
  - Date and time the service was provided

For the purpose of promotion codes, the name of the person associated with such a code may also be optionally collected.

Data Collected from Third Parties

Integration of Third Parties such as Google, Amazon, LinkedIn, or Meta (Facebook)

When you connect your accounts in Google, Amazon, LinkedIn or Meta (Facebook) for social media login, we get your email address, name and photographs. This information is used for pre-filling your profile information in EntrepreneursWorld.

Content: We collect and store content that you create, input, submit, post, upload, transmit, or store while using our Services. Such content may include any personal or other sensitive information submitted using our Services, such as EU personal data, and other information such as source code or regulatory compliance materials. When we process EU personal data on your behalf pursuant to a GDPR data protection agreement, our use of that data is restricted by that agreement and limited solely to providing you with our Services and other ancillary functions as provided by law.

Other submissions: We collect other data that you may submit to our Services or to us directly, such as when you request customer support or communicate with us via email or social media sites.

Information Shared by Your Clients and by the Participants of your Events that are Hosted in our Platform.

As an Organiser, we collect and upload certain information about clients or participants of our Events that are hosted on our Platform. We may request for certain information of the Participant during an Event organised by us which is in addition to the information obtained by the Platform. Such information shared by Participants with the us or with , whether before the Event, During or After the Event, may include certain special categories of information such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, and the processing of genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a person, data concerning health or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation. Please note that any such information shared by the Participant with the us is being provided directly by Participant to the us. EntrepreneursWorld and/ or the Platform is in no manner involved in such sharing of information. You hereby also consent that You are sharing such information with the us willingly. The Company shall in no manner be responsible and/or liable for the use, misuse, or treatment of such information and this Privacy Policy does not govern any such information shared by the Participant with the host.

In case You are a Participant , exhibitor and/or a Host, and/or the partner, sponsor, associate partner of the Event, You agree that You are solely responsible for Event Content and any Personal Information about your Event’s Participants which are displayed or uploaded by You in using the Services and for complying with all applicable laws pertaining to such Event Content, including, but not limited to, laws requiring You to obtain consent or permission of any third party to use any such content or portion thereof and to provide appropriate notices of third party rights including in respect of any name, identity, likeness or voice, submitted by You during an Event. You further represent and warrant that You have the right to upload or share such Event Content and that such use or reproduction thereof, does not violate or infringe on any rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.

Information that We Collect from Other Sources

We will not use your personal information for anything other than the following lawful purposes:
