Startup Presentation 2025 * Terms & Conditions

To ensure a premium and professional experience, all participants must abide by the following:
Eligibility
  • The program is open to early-stage startups incorporated in India or with substantial operations in India.
  • Startups must have a working MVP or prototype and a founding team with at least one full-time member.
  • Employees, affiliates, and direct relatives of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
Application & Selection
  • Applications must be submitted via the official platform before the deadline stated.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to shortlist and select participants based on predefined evaluation criteria.
  • Selected participants will be notified via call / email; the Organizer’s decision is final and non-negotiable.
Participation Requirements
  • Startups must submit their pitch deck to te organizers prior to the event.
  • Startups must man their table at all times.
  • Startups will get 5-7 minutes to pitch of allotted time.
  • Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the program.
Confidentiality
  • All confidential or proprietary information shared during the program must be kept confidential by all parties.
  • Startups and mentors must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to accessing any sensitive material.
Intellectual Property
  • The Organizer makes no claims on the intellectual property of participating startups.
  • Participants retain full ownership of their ideas, code, branding, and associated materials.
Publicity & Media Release
  • By participating, startups grant the Organizer the right to use their names, logos, and project details for marketing and promotional purposes.
  • This includes but is not limited to social media posts, press releases, event recordings, and case studies.
Disqualification & Termination
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found in violation of the rules or code of conduct.
  • The Organizer may cancel or modify the program due to unforeseen circumstances without prior notice.
Liability & Indemnity
  • The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the program.
  • Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer against any third-party claims resulting from their actions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By submitting the application, the startup acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
